Residents of the scenic city of Hangzhou, China, woke up on Sunday to a fine mist in the air. The temperature at 6 a.m. locally was 80F degrees. Temperatures rose to 99F at about 3 p.m. before clouds moved in. Afternoon thurnderstorms brought the temperature back down into the lower 80's. Winds for most of the day were calm.
